Once you see the status of your online application as "'Your Assembly constituency : 151, Part No : 123, Section/ Street : 4'"  It means that your application is approved and you are registered to vote.

If your name is in the electoral roll of your constituency you can vote. To check whether your name is in the electoral roll you can search for your name at http://www.ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in/If your name is not there in the list you can fill in form 6

Voters Id is a document for your right to vote. You should ensure that you have a voters ID for the place from which you want to exercise this right. Having an entry in the rolls of a place from where you cannot exercise your rights will facilitate criminal elements to vote on your behalf.You should fillup Form 6 and provide the details of your existing voters ID in the appropriate section. Electoral office will issue a new ID for your current place  of residence and initiate the process to remove your name from the voters list of your native place.
